Inspections are free of charge! We will perform a thorough inspection of the entire exterior of your home, then walk through our findings with you in person, as well as a detailed report.

In our inspection, we are looking for any wind, hail, or mechanical damage, then looking at gutter, downspouts, garage, windows, fenceline, siding shingles, and soft metals. We will take photos highlighting damages found. Once the inspection is done, we provide the homeowner with our findings. Whether they have a healthy home or are in need of repair or replacement, we are there to help them every step of the way, including the insurance claim and adjuster process.

After we complete our free inspection, if we deem that your roof is in need of repair or replacement, we’ll help you file a claim with your insurance provider. They’ll schedule a date and time for a field adjuster to come to the property to assess for themselves, and we’ll be there to defend you and your roof. We make sure the adjusters document any and all damage that is in need of replacement. We’ll also double-check any paperwork they send back to make sure all line items are accounted for and offered at a fair market price. Once all budget is approved, we get to work, and you’ll only cover your deductible. If anything else comes up along the way, we’ll work to get it taken care of because our aim is to make you do as little as possible.
